My husband and I traveled from Charleston SC to Augusta GA to see a Dodge Ram that my husband had seen on the Internet. He talked with Patricia on Saturday, March 29th about the Dodge...she said the sale GA to see a Dodge Ram that my husband had seen on the Internet. He talked with Patricia on Saturday, March 29th about the Dodge...she said the sale ended on Sunday, March 30th and she would be there on Sunday. We decided to ride Sunday morning to Augusta...while in route we contacted Patricia and verified that we were on our way to see the Dodge Ram. When we arrived at the dealership we were informed that the Dodge had not arrived yet but was in route. We felt like it was a little of a Bait and Switch going on because she knew what we were looking for and at no time did she inform us that the vehicle we were interested in seeing was not at your dealership until we arrived. My husband then asked about a Toyoto truck and whereas we believe we received a good vehicle and good price we still felt a little disappointed in the way we were led to believe the Ram was at your dealership and instead that was not the case.
