I worked with Patricia and right off the bat we discussed a price I was looking to pay so that I would not be shocked later at something I could not afford. She was helpful and very informative about the different cars I would be looking at and decided on the 2014 Toyota Corolla. The whole entire process from start to finish was 2.5 hours and I felt everyone was truly interested in getting me the best deal. Great staff and very thankful for Patricia. Word of advice dealership, a simple phone call goes a long way when a problem is discovered. Turns out, after the deal was cancelled, that the dealership general manager was a knowing party to the lie. I dont believe that I could ever trust them to even change my oil, since a known liar oversees service as well. More
