new car purchase I am so excited and happy with my new 2015 Highlander, and the service that Mr. Russ Marshall provided. He also sold me my 2014 Highlander. I really a I am so excited and happy with my new 2015 Highlander, and the service that Mr. Russ Marshall provided. He also sold me my 2014 Highlander. I really appreciated being treated like my desires were as important to him as they are tome oriented. I have dealt with other dealerships in the CSRA, and Milton Ruben is the most customer oriented one; others are more sales focus. I strongly recommend personally asking for Mr. Russ Marshall if you are shopping for a great car, at a great price, from a great and professional sales representative. I have had to visit the service department several times since last year when I purchased the 2014 Highlander, and I must say that things have improved. The service department is more organized and staffed. The service representatives are more attentive and quick to get to you when you drive up. If you experience any major concerns with the quality of your car or the service, please ask for Tony or Kelvin, they are great. Ms. Jacqueline Fason More

Superb New Car Customer Service!!! We were looking for a car with a high mpg rating (preferably 40+ since I put in LOTS of miles on the road) and plenty of cargo space (I carry two larg We were looking for a car with a high mpg rating (preferably 40+ since I put in LOTS of miles on the road) and plenty of cargo space (I carry two large suitcases/bags for business). Kelton Hayes recommended we look at the 2015 Prius V. He explained how the car met our needs and then some (a PRIUS?!? Really?). We drove it and were impressed! We looked at the "3" version, the "4" version, and the "5" version. The "4" version met our needs and had everything else we might want. Between Kelton and his Sales Manager Jeff Hennen, we feel we got a great deal on the perfect car for us. Thank you guys! More

Sales Manager Dwayne Kanoyton, General Manager, Chuck Easters and salesman Barry Davis went out of their way to follow up and make sure I was satisfied with my new car. Paul Nopper made sure I was comfortable. Their willingness to understand and work with my needs exceeded expectations. Linda GIles made the paperwork seem so easy. Don Heathman made sure I understood the warranty and operations of my new Toyota, he even mentioned nitrogen for the long life of the tires.
