He was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about each car that I expressed interest in. Marlo went above and beyond to make sure that I absolutely loved the car that I ended up leaving with, that day! Both were very patient with me while making my decision and they didn't try to oversell me on anything! They treated me as if I had been close friends with them for a long time. I have never seen a business work so hard to address and correct the issues. They never tried to imply that I was wrong about my complaints but just went to work fixing the problems. I am very pleased and impressed with their efforts and while they aren't the least expensive dealership in the world they have earned my respect and consideration for any future Toyota needs. More
