Abdullah was a big help from the first time we talked on the phone. After I had located the vehicle I wanted, it was actually a week before I could get to the dealer to make the purchase but he called or te the phone. Everyone at the dealer was friendly and the finance manager was helpful as well, I would definitely buy from them again. More

I’ve been using this service department since I purchased my car three years ago. I honestly hate to have to write this review, but this last trip was by far the worst service that I’ve ever received. I arri my car three years ago. I arrived to my appointment about five minutes early and there was one person ahead of me. It seemed as though he’d been waiting for a while. Someone came out and told us they’d be right with us. We waited for maybe 10 minutes and then someone helped the man. In this time, three other cars pulled into the adjacent lane. I was standing outside of my car since I’d pulled in. Five minutes later, another service advisor came out and walked straight up to the woman that had just pulled up. She didn’t even look my way, ask me had I gotten there first, absolutely nothing. She just helped the woman and went back to her desk. I don’t normally get upset about much, but by then it was well after my appointment and I felt neglected at that point. I must have looked beyond upset, because a service manager had to go inside and get someone to help me. I love the work this center has done in my car, but what’s the point of allowing people to schedule appointments if you’re not able to accommodate them? I understand that sometimes you’re over staffed, but the smallest things do make a difference. More

Finance Blues Not happy with my car buying experience. The salesperson was great but finance got me. He did the whole act and I feel for it. Making calls and typing away making it look like he was getting me a deal. Giving me something free that I actually paid for. Had to cancel part of the contract later. And there is no cooling off period with this company. That should have raised a flag to begin with. Once you buy it, its yours. No take backs. $7000 goes back to my car purchase. But my car payment remains the same. SMH. I will never go back to this dealership again. Will take my business to North Augusta. More
