Made a service appt for new tires and alignment. They didn't have the tires, but never said anything. We were waiting and after 3 hours asked what was going on. I wish I could give a negative start rating. They are pathetic and obviously don't have a clue. I drove 2 hours to look at a truck last Saturday. I show up and a salesman cannot find it, checks with the internet guy and finds out this truck was sold on Friday. The salesman tells me that the internet guy told him he sent me an email at 3:00 on Friday about this (I had 3-4email exchanges with him prior to my driving there). I have checked all my email folders and there is no email from him telling me it was sold so I wasted 4 hours of driving, about $75 on gas and half a day wasted. On Sunday I got an email from CarFax.com, where I found the truck, telling me it was sold. On Monday I get an email from the internet guy asking me if I have any questions about it. All I can say is get a clue and quit wasting my time. More
There are reputable car dealers, this is NOT one of them. Run far, far away from Miller Chevrolet! They submitted my loan application for the total amount of the sale, they stole my down-payment of $ 6,000 Run far, far away from Miller Chevrolet! They submitted my loan application for the total amount of the sale, they stole my down-payment of $ 6,000 and then they stole my trade in for $1,500. When I tried to talk to them about the missing money, they submitted a second loan value on my credit report without removing the first one. So now they claim that I owe $ 40,182 on a car that was listed for $ 18,999 on their lot. They have damaged my good credit and so far I have been trying to repair their damage for 42 days. These people are crooks, there are reputable car dealers out there, Miller Chevrolet of Rogers is a SCAM. Run far, far, away from Miller Chevrolet! Horrible place and horrible treatment. Do not give them any personal information, they will RUIN your good credit. Go to a real car dealer, they do not need to do business this way. More

Brought my vehicle in for service on 10/13 for a couple recalls and an oil change. Wade Hanson was wonderful to work with! Very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Had a couple questions/ concerns about my vehicle and he gave very thorough and honest answers. Miller is lucky to have a guy like Wade on their service team! They set me up with a loaner vehicle as I had to drop off the evening before my appointment and pick up the next day after work. I left my garage door opener remote in the loaner vehicle. By the time I realized it I couldn't make it back by the time they closed, so I called and they assured me they will get it and it would be at the customer service desk when I could make it back to get it and they came through in that promise. I will definitely be back the next time my vehicle needs service! More

Arrived at the dealership to hear the truck sold in the the morning. First thought was why did they tell me 40 minutes earlier that it was still available. Then as i talked with the sales team i realized they just wanted me to waste time driving over to try and get me to look at other trucks. Bate & Switch!!! Telling all my friends to stay away and not trust their online inventory as three days later the truck is still on several websites including their online site. More

The orders never got placed multiple times for the damaged parts. I had to beg for service(multiple calls and visits since my calls were never returned). When I spoke to manager he stated the service manager would be out to speak with me, well to no surprise that didn't happen. It seems to me that the gm does not care about customer service as he never followed back up with me. The best part of this is I posted a poor review at another site and got a generic response to get a hold of them to correct the issue, really? I think they need to follow up with me. I need to see some effort and customer service at this point. More
