Good day, We do apologize for any miscommunication here. Awhile back, you were complaining about a faulty motor, and wanted it replaced. GM split the cost with you, even though they did not have to, in order to keep our customer happy. Since then you have been complaining fairly regularly about the oil consumption, for which we have been testing and finding no issues. You have also been complaining about an oil leak, which was not actually there until you brought the vehicle in today. We agreed to make an appointment for you for next week regarding the oil leak once we saw that it had happened. Hello. After 16,000 miles on my 2022 Chevrolet Suburban, they detected an engine problem and replaced the engine after several months of my car being in service. However, after the engine replacement, I noticed a new oil leakage problem, and I immediately reported it. Since the engine was changed, they have been repeatedly telling me that there is no problem, always with some excuse. To be sure, I paid another service, Bay Ridge Chevrolet, to have the car checked, and they confirmed in writing that there is an oil leakage problem. However, that service refused to repair it and said I should go to Millennium Chevrolet because the engine was replaced at their service. Bay Ridge Chevrolet confirmed in writing that there is an oil leakage issue, and they said that if I made the payment myself, they would diagnose the problem after keeping the car for at least a week. Reluctantly, I had to return to Millennium Service because I didn't want to pay for the repair myself. Additionally, I had to make appointments over 20 times, and each time, they canceled my appointment with various excuses. For example, if I was 5 minutes late for an appointment, they would cancel it. On September 7, 2023, I arrived an hour early for my appointment, and they finally took my car into service. However, they diagnosed that the engine consumed over 1 liter of oil, but they denied the oil leakage problem, even though I showed them evidence of the leakage, which we could clearly see with our own eyes when looking at the car. After realizing they were deceptive, they also had me sign a document. Due to my limited English reading skills, I wanted to know what I was signing. They refused to let me take a picture of the document on my phone. I was forced to call 911 and involve the police. When the police arrived, they showed a different document with my signature, which I couldn't verify. It seemed like Millennium Chevrolet was dishonest both to me and to the General Motors Company because their attitude changed towards me, seemingly with a racial bias, at first. On September 11, 2023, they gave me another appointment, even though I already had an appointment for that day. However, without inspecting the car, they claimed there was no problem with it. But after police involvement, they finally diagnosed my car within 5 minutes, confirming the oil consumption issue, and they gave me a new appointment for September 20, 2023, to keep the car in service and determine where the oil consumption is coming from. Afterward, I received a feedback email about their service, and since I didn't give them a positive review, I received a call from the number 15162625555, where they claimed to be the Service Manager. They told me that they wouldn't repair my car because I didn't give them a good review and told me don't bring the car to service in a disrespectful manner. This left me feeling frustrated and thinking about my rights in the United States. Furthermore, I realized that I have no freedom of speech, as you know, the United States symbolizes freedom. I kindly request that you take specific actions regarding this matter. If they won't repair the car based on biased reviews or if they plan to delete such reviews from Google, in my opinion they should not send such emails.
