Although I didn’t have an appointment, he didn’t hesitate to begin assisting me. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and was able to show me every detail in the car. Although it was a lengthier purchasing process, both John and Joey Baierlein were very patient with me. They helped me to keep my options open but they were also understanding to my wants. They never gave up on me, and continued to do their best to get me exactly what I wanted. By the end of the day, they both worked together to help me purchase my dream car even when I thought it wouldn’t be possible! I am so grateful for their patience and persistence! Both John and Joey were extremely thorough and informative throughout every step of the purchasing process. They made it an enjoyable and special experience, and I would highly recommend this dealership! They truly went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for and didn’t settle for anything other than what I wanted.
