I ordered a new RAM truck and was never given a copy of the customer order. I asked 2 more times, but still haven't received it. I went into this survey and found out that my email address had been entered the customer order. I asked 2 more times, but still haven't received it. I went into this survey and found out that my email address had been entered incorrectly, which probably explains a lot. I also told the salesman that I wanted a moonroof, but he forgot to order one. I was a bit taken aback by the fact that I couldn't get any information on finance interest rates. I was told that I would have to wait until the vehicle gets to the dealership. Why wouldn't the current interest rate be applied as retroactive to the date of the order? More
