My wife and I had a very good buying experience at Mile High Honda. We had an unusual situation as we where from out of state and had a certain day that I could be there and pick up our new Odyssey. We also had a lot of last minute paperwork that needed to be taken care before I got there since my wife was not going to be able to travel with me to Denver to sign the final papers. Gregory and Brenda did a wonderful job making sure all the paperwork got to us beforehand and that everything was in order and ready to go. All I had to do when I arrived there was to go over all of the wonderful options on our new van and take the keys and go. We are truly happy with our new Odyssey and how well everything went at Mile High Honda. More
The service department at Mile High Honda has been incredible. We have used them for the care and maintenance of our vehicle since the day we bought it in 2005 and have never regretted the decision. incredible. We have particularly enjoyed our on going relationship with Eric Pruter who has made the process of up-keeping our Odyssey easy and hassle free. Eric has always treated us fairly and made sure that we were not inconvenienced during major repairs. Because of Eric and the service department I feel confident in saying that our next new car will be a Honda. More

Greg was very helpful, gave me information on available cars, kept me informed over a couple week time period. I purchased a new Honda Ridgeline from this dealer approximately 2 months ago. Not only have been extremely happy with the vehicle but I was very happy with the service I received from both Mike Spott approximately 2 months ago. Not only have been extremely happy with the vehicle but I was very happy with the service I received from both Mike Spotts (Salesman) and Evan "Luke" Lucas (Finance). Mike was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to explain every option and feature on the vehicle. When it came time to make a deal for purchase Mike and the sales manager made a reasonable offer on my trade-in and they were willing to work on the sales price of the new vehicle. I spent about a month researching the vehicle on websites such as Edmunds.com and I was confidant that I knew what a reasonable selling price would be. The negotiating was very smooth and there was no undue pressure. We arrived at a mutually agreeable price in short order and shook hands on the deal. Then it was off to the dreaded "Finance Office". That turned out to be as pleasant of an experience as the sales floor. Luke was also very knowledgeable and friendly and was absolutely a "No pressure" kind of guy. Frequently the back end sales turns into a maze of confusing double talk but Luke was very professional and explained everything in normal language. I have a good credit score and Luke easily got me better financing at almost half the interest rate from my credit union. When it came time to pull out the menu for the add-ons that they always offer, Luke presented the options and repeatedly told me that I was free to choose or not choose whatever I wanted. There was absolutely no pressure involved. This was undoubtedly the best experience I've ever had at a dealer. I recently just went back to purchase an aftermarket warranty for my wife's car and I received the same great service. I have recommended this dealer to others and will do so in the future. More
I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. They left us waiting around on multiple occassions- at one point for nearly 45 minutes. The manager was unexcusably rude.
