I purchased my vehicle brand new 6 years ago from Mile Hi. A few months ago, I noticed an oil leak and took the car into the service department where it has been serviced the last 6 years. Chris Smith was Hi. A few months ago, I noticed an oil leak and took the car into the service department where it has been serviced the last 6 years. Chris Smith was just great! The repair was going to be very pricey and to top it all off, Christmas was just around the corner. After doing some research and knowing that I was a loyal customer, Chris informed me that the repair was going to be covered by Mile Hi's extended warranty coverage. I would like Chris and all of the Mile Hi Service department to know how very much I appreciate all that you have done for me! I was having a problem with my 2003 Honda Pilot and whenever I call service, I am happy to speak to the same 2 people. Chris heard my concerns, had my car checked out and then recommended that I not r whenever I call service, I am happy to speak to the same 2 people. Chris heard my concerns, had my car checked out and then recommended that I not repair my car today, since it was a hardship for me, but wait for awhile. My friend was with me and he was shocked that Chris did not sell me into fixing everything today. That is excellent service. I feel confident with the service I receive at Honda and especially with Chris. I would recommend the service shop, but I didn't have to because Chris sold my friend without even knowing it. After I brought my car I asked my friend who had a honda accord where she takes her car( I got my car from an auto dealer). She said Mile High Honda see Eric.
