We have two Honda Pilots. We brought mine from Mile High in 2003 and had used Mile High for the maintenace care and other repairs since then. We have know Eric Pruter for fourteen years. We have owned three Hondas that we have had serviced at Mile High. Eric has become our personal service advisor over that period of time. We had a really great overall expreience. We had met Michael about 2 months ago when we test drove the Civic Hybrid and liked his honesty on that car versus the regular Civic. Not only did Michael keep our budget in mind, he was very honest about add ons and their true overall value. He had a great knowledge base on all the features of the car and the Navigation system. He helped us hook up our handsfree before we left the lot and then followed up again 3 days later to see if we had questions or issues to revisit. It was a very smooth process from beginning to end and Michael certainly knows his business which makes a huge difference. We will definitely be back in the future. More
