Eric is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I specifically ask for him on all my service visits. I do feel that repairs are costly. I went to Mile High based on friends' recommendations. I intended to go to look so I could compare the CRV to similar models at other dealers. The plan was to go to four dealers that day.. Warning lights about the Antilock Braking System (ABS) and Vehicle Stabilization Assist (VSA) began to appear intermittently on my 2007 Honda Element. When I called a service advisor at the Colorado Spri and Vehicle Stabilization Assist (VSA) began to appear intermittently on my 2007 Honda Element. When I called a service advisor at the Colorado Springs dealership where I bought the car, he asked how the car was driving. When I said "fine," he indicated that the diagnosis and repair probably could wait a while. Within a few more weeks the warning lights came on and stayed on. As I live at 10,000 feet and drive over half the year on snow and ice, I really needed to know that the ABS and VSA were functioning properly. I was coming into Denver for a conference, so I called Mile High Honda and made a service appointment. Everyone there from the receptionist to the service advisors was extremely courteous and helpful. I was assisted by two or three service advisors, but Chris Smith was the one I worked with the most. The diagnosis of the car's problem was difficult and time-consuming, but Chris kept me updated and worked with my schedule. The part was one not in the dealer's stock, so Chris ordered it and we scheduled another appointment for installation. That also was problematic, and required consultation with Honda USA, but ultimately was successful. I can't say enough good things about Chris Smith, George (the mechanic), and the dealership in general. They are a class act! As I live almost a 300-mile round trip from Denver, it is very important for me to have people I can rely on, and who are flexible enough to work with my often erratic schedule. I was new to Denver having shipped my car in from Kauai. We have owned Hondas for many years but I have recently been soured with service that I received by King Honda in Kauai. I had a part fail and had to drive into the dealer when something broke on my car. They said it would be $3500-$5000 to repair and I took it else ware and had it fixed for $125. With that on my mind I showed up at Mile high and met Eric. He was very friendly and professional and has always struck me as a very honest representative for Mile High Honda. I continue to always ask for him and have been back many times. They are very upfront with the estimates and do not try to sell you all the specials just to pad the bill and I appreciate that. More
