Be aware of being overcharged! !! Charged me over 600 dollars to have a gasket on the transmission pan replaced after being charged separately for the diagnostic . Seriously? Don't !! Hidden fees, late title work, and irresponsible. They forgot to collect enough tax for the title work and decided to keep quiet until I found out. Fortunately, the DMV investigated the issue for me. And we walked out with the perfect car for us last week. Jacob listened to what our needs were. He was approachable and delightful to work with, and answered our every question. We’ve seen all sorts… we’ve purchased several vehicles over the years, on the East and West Coasts, and overseas. It’s safe to say this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership, Honda or otherwise. And it was because of Jacob. He was excellent at understanding our priorities. He laid out our options, and was upfront about how long the process would take. We came in looking for a new or used vehicle, and we stayed within budget. (Note to his boss- our purchase was at the top end of our search.) Jacob made sure that some special circumstances on our end did not delay the purchase, and was sensitive to our unique situation. Yep- and he was kind. Jacob patiently went through every knob and switch to make sure we understood their functions. And answered so many questions. Go see this guy. Jacob was a delight and I’d refer him to any of my family and friends. I can count on one hand how many reviews I’ve cared to write. Jacob deserves it. Mile High Honda’s lucky to have him. More
