No ordinary Dealership Had been looking for a gently used Mustang Convertible for a month or two when I came across Lake City Ford on the internet. Went to the dealership for a test drive where I met my sales person Lyle Heisz, a very professional young man. The test drive was a success, Lyle explained everything on the car and how everything operated, this was the first time in my life I put a convertible top down. A 2014 Mustang Convertible now sits in my garage. This was without a doubt the best experience at a car dealership I've had in 66 years on this planet. No pushy sales people or finance guy trying to add everything in the world to your car, just professionals doing their jobs in the best manner possible. Lyle was a joy to work with, he got the deal I was hoping for, Greg helped in that regard as well. And the finance guy went over all the papers, explained the fees and the entire process was as effortless as one could hope for. From test drive to a signed deal, 21/2 hours.
