I had had problems with the transmit ion, and while it was "fixed" twice I just wasn't getting any better. I went in to look at new cars (well new to me) and while I wasn't looking forward to the expense of another car they were able to get me out of my problem car and into something else for a better deal than I could have gotten elsewhere. I will say however I was not impressed with the interest rate I was offered. I have a decent credit score and three years of no late payments, I realize this is the banks and not the dealership but maybe more banks could be brought in to get people better rates. The sales guy Mike was great! He showed me several cars and was very patient and friendly while I made him open up a ton of different vehicles to look at. He was easy to talk to and genuinly seemed to care about what I wanted in a car. I would defiantly send people his way! More

Service Advisor Rick Hess jumped right on it by calling a tech to the front to check each sensor who verified they were all working, then pulled vehicle around back to service bay to recalibrate computer to proper PSI for oversized tires. From the moment I pulled in, to the time I left, all under ten minutes...thanks to Rick! More
