We are looking for that particular used car for our College daughter and when we left other dealerships in Spokane and we didn't purchase it was not a good experience. Due to the salesmanship This past Saturday (2/28) I had an appointment to meet with salesperson Deb Caplan to look into buying a used Ford Expedition. Due to the salesmanship, professionalism, and personal touch demonstrated by Deb, we ended up purchasing a brand new Expedition instead. There were several points throughout the process that, had I been at a different dealership, or possibly even with a different salesperson, I would have left to shop around at other dealerships. Lake City Ford was the first dealer that I went to in search of an Expedition, and I always shop around. I've never bought a vehicle at the first place I went without at least shopping around first. That speaks volumes to Ms. Caplan's abilities and value to Lake City Ford. She is an incredible asset and Tom Addis is lucky to have her on hos staff. More
