Staff was intent on correcting the issues and in giving me a good deal on another vehicle, but I occasionally felt that those involved, other than Mr. Olson, had more concern for the dealership's interest than mine as the customer. Todd Olson kept my interest foremost and ran interference for me. which was extremely helpful. I do not purchase new vehicles very often, so the "separation of duties", where a different person handles different components of the sale, was a concept I had to get used to. I tend to prefer dealing with one person (the sales person), who has a high level of authority. from beginning to end (with the possible exception of the financing piece). All of the staff were very courteous and kind throughout the sales experience. More

Excellent Used Car Purchase Experience We service all of our cars (Chrysler, Dodge, Ford) at Tom Addis Lake City Ford, and have since moving here in 2008. Joe in Service, and Richard our assigned Mechanic, have always provided nothing but the best dedicated and professional care and service to our family and our cars. Recently (July 31, 2015), our 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan wore out. We made the decision to trade it in for a new 'used' car, and with Curly and Todd's help, we found the perfect car that met our needs, a 2010 Mercury Mariner. Our purchase experience was great, including the final Finance part of the sale experience, where Curtis found us a great rate with a local Credit Union. The next day (Saturday, 01 August), Curtis called us to let us know that another Credit Union accepted our deal at an even better interest rate than the first Credit Union, so we stopped by and signed a few more papers to get the better deal. That's Customer Service! My wife and I very much appreciate the dedicated service given to us by not only the Service Department over the last 7 years, but the Sales/Finance crew during our recent purchase! Quick and Efficient I just moved to Idaho from Portland, OR. Before I moved I had purchased a car at a ford dealership in OR. Well just my luck I get to Idaho and my car I just moved to Idaho from Portland, OR. Before I moved I had purchased a car at a ford dealership in OR. Well just my luck I get to Idaho and my car was having major shifting/transmission issues. Well when I bought the car thank god for my warranty I could get my car fixed for free. So I didn't have to worry about that. The only thing I worried about was how long it was going to take to get my car into the shop, and how long it would take them to fix it. But just my luck again they were very helpful, kind, and the gentleman I spoke to was very calming as I was freaking out about my car. But I took my car in and they had it fixed within 1 day very fast and efficient. Where as the ford dealership in Spokane Valley (Gus Ford Dealership) said it would take a minimum of 12 weeks to order the part and fix my car. Which is so not what I was looking for. So I would highly recommend the dealership In Coeur d'Alene to anyone who is looking for fast and friendly service. I will defiantly be back. More

That day and the paperwork was ready. I hate buying a vehicle and the games that are played. He asked what we were looking for, and showed us exactly that, without any pressure. In fact, Tom Addis was the first dealership we visited that day. We shopped around and looked at many other suitable vehicles, but came back to see Ricco. The process of negotiating the trade-in and financing is always the worst for me. But, I had done my research prior to starting the process. After a brief back-and-forth, I got nearly what I wanted for my trade, and they got nearly what they wanted for the new van. So, I'd say everybody won. I can't speak highly enough of Ricco, and also Curtis in the financing department, They made the process smooth, easy, and altogether pleasant, which is not something I ever thought I'd say about buying a car.
