While here our 2013 Ford Edge developed a passenger door sensor probl My Wife and I are full time RVers, We were spending a month in Coeur d' Alene. While here our 2013 Ford Edge developed a passenger door sensor problem. I came to your service Dept. around the 11th of May, 2015 to have the problem corrected under warranty. I was told part was either on back order or unavailable. It was suggested when we were back at our dealership to resolve the problem. It's difficult while traveling. The problem became more critical when the interior lights would not cancel. I returned to your Dealership on 05/28/15 and met with Jennifer Smith (service writer). She took the initiative to track down the required part. I brought my vehicle back @ 7:30 am 05/29/15 to complete repair. Excellent employee ! More
