Customer service was very good After the purchase of our new F-150 I had a problem installing the keyless entry that I had purchased through the parts department at Lake City Ford. Sales experience Todd Olson was exceptional with follow up and coordination in what turned out to be a more complicated deal than anyone expected (the original new tru Todd Olson was exceptional with follow up and coordination in what turned out to be a more complicated deal than anyone expected (the original new truck I bought could not legally be registered in my state). Staff was intent on correcting the issues and in giving me a good deal on another vehicle, but I occasionally felt that those involved, other than Mr. Olson, had more concern for the dealership's interest than mine as the customer. Todd Olson kept my interest foremost and ran interference for me. which was extremely helpful. I do not purchase new vehicles very often, so the "separation of duties", where a different person handles different components of the sale, was a concept I had to get used to. I tend to prefer dealing with one person (the sales person), who has a high level of authority. from beginning to end (with the possible exception of the financing piece). All of the staff were very courteous and kind throughout the sales experience. More
