Making an appointment was easy. We arrived 30 minutes early and were greeted and told we could stay. The waiting area was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a service use to work for Mike Reichenbach last year sometime.He was kind he was polite and use to wallk customers to their car. You don't have that anymore. I have two cars that I have service there.when i get an oil change both car always been the same but this time my 2014 nissan cost more than the 2014 ford Taurus.I even smell oil burning on my ford after leaving your place. I also have to get a new key for my ford and that cost me over $300 for my 2014 ford Taurus. i thought programing wouldnt cost that much. I wish i can get the service like it use to be like last year. the services changes alot.I use to like going there bu t now I get scare going there not knowing how much money I will be spending More

If there were 0 stars, I’d give that. The dealership does not follow Ford’s policies. I waited over a year for a special order truck. During the wait, Ford notified me the 22 was no longe The dealership does not follow Ford’s policies. I waited over a year for a special order truck. During the wait, Ford notified me the 22 was no longer in production, but I would receive a 23 at the same price. When the truck finally arrived, the dealership was charging almost $900 more than the agreed upon price. When I questioned it, they refused to honor Ford’s agreement. I contacted Ford, they confirmed they sent the email. They also said the dealerships were aware of the agreement and that even without the email, Ford’s Price Lock Guarantee applied. Ford confirmed they sent the information to the dealership on my behalf. I reached back out to the dealership, only to be ignored by Anthony, Blake, James, and Mitchell. Blake sent an email 2 days later saying the truck was sold. Their intent the entire time was to get every dime from the truck they could. Do not believe a word any of them say. They will waste your time and not tell you the truth. They don’t even honor Ford’s policies. I’m sure their social media troll will have some untruths to post in response to this since they have been dishonest, unprofessional, and untrustworthy through the process. I scheduled the appointment online. I arrived on time but there seemed to be confusion about it actually being scheduled locally at the dealership. When I entered the service desk a I arrived on time but there seemed to be confusion about it actually being scheduled locally at the dealership. When I entered the service desk area there was 1 advisor on the phone and there were 2 others seated at computers and they failed to react to my entrance. It was too long and awkward; no eye contact or acknowledgement that they were aware that I was right there, When the service was done my car was not in the usual ready lot. I was pointed in the direction of the service bay entrance. Okay sometimes it's there but I couldn't find my car until I explored way out in the new truck lot. I opened the drivers door and found that my car mat was caked with a lot of sandy footprints. I thought about going to the service advisor and complaining but since it was raining and it was a long walk back I just left the dealership unsatisfied. I about scheduled the appointment online. Service representative was not truthful aut services rendered until I continued asking questions. Then she admitted it was not done. Her next step was to try to sell me a set of tires and vaguely answer rendered until I continued asking questions. Then she admitted it was not done.
