We had been looking online at several different Ford Edge for a 200 mile range and a lot of them were over priced, not clean, had issues and or had too many miles for what we wanted. We came across this one for a 200 mile range and a lot of them were over priced, not clean, had issues and or had too many miles for what we wanted. We came across this one and was going to call on the 17th, but Beverly beat us to the call. she called and talked with us about this car and explained everything to us about it. She gladly answered all our question that we had and when we had other concerns she took pictures and found out the answers to make us feel at ease to make the 2 1/2 hr drive down from Charlotte NC to look at this car. We stayed in contact hoping the car would be there when we finally got time to go look at the car. Friday evening she told us the vehicle was still there. we assured her we would be down there around lunch time and ask not to sell it. When we got there on the 29th she was outside waiting on us and welcomed us. She was just as nice and helpful in person as she was on the phone. since raining she brought the car over under the canopy to let us look at it and it was everything she had said it was; very clean, well maintained, and looked great. She let us take it on test drive and come back and discuss things in private. We decided it was the one we wanted.. paperwork was simple and fast. and Bill in Finance was nice and got us the extended warranty that fit our needs and didn't try to over sell us. Thank you Beverly for all your hard work that you went above and beyond to make sure we got a great deal and left happy and satisfied. More
Worst Ford service department I have ever had to deal with. This is not a complaint about one bad visit, this is a comment about my experience of multiple visits over a 7 year period. This service department has the most arrogant and argumentative people I have ever met. Some are very poorly trained. Forget trying to reach anyone by phone. Once you get put on hold you will eventually be redirected to a voice mail that full and unable to take messages. Forget getting a callback on the status of your car. Workmanship is poor. Attention to detail is non existent. I suggest to everyone to look to other options first. This group acts like they are doing you a favor by working on your vehicle. More
