They fixed the problem with my car in a week although it cost $150 more than they originally told me. The worst part was my car was infested with ants! I couldn't drive it for 2 days while the bug spray I h cost $150 more than they originally told me. The worst part was my car was infested with ants! The service area does not answer in a timely manner. After 4:30 or so, you will be on indefinite hold. Service staff is courteous - Tim is awesome. There was a service use to work for Mike Reichenbach last year sometime.He was kind he was polite and use to wallk customers to their car. You don't have that anymore. I also have to get a new key for my ford and that cost me over $300 for my 2014 ford Taurus. i thought programing wouldnt cost that much.
