Well my Lincoln has been in your shop for 7 months waiting for a replacement headlight for the right hand side. Thus, I am very unhappy with the service. They fixed the problem with my car in a week although it cost $150 more than they originally told me. The worst part was my car was infested with ants! The service area does not answer in a timely manner. After 4:30 or so, you will be on indefinite hold. Service staff is courteous - Tim is awesome.
