Caring and efficient service in a pinch My parents, who are both over 80, came to visit. The car began running poorly and would not accelerate without shuddering. The service department di My parents, who are both over 80, came to visit. The car began running poorly and would not accelerate without shuddering. The service department did not have an opening for over a week but my parents needed to leave sooner. The service person kept the car and worked with the service manager to squeeze it in as opportunity arose. They even had to do some research and talk with Chevy technical department but they figured out the problem and was able to repair the issue and have it back before my parents needed to leave. We really appreciated the customer service and hard work to help us out to keep my parents safe and on the road when needed. Thank you! More

Customer complaint I was a faithful customer until recently, when I drop my car off early in the morning thinking it would at least get looked at. But when I went to ch I was a faithful customer until recently, when I drop my car off early in the morning thinking it would at least get looked at. But when I went to check on my vehicle almost 13 hours later, my car was still in the same spot I had left it in. I never received s call letting me know the status. Every time I would call doing previous times never get and answer in the service department, when I got there one of the service guys was standing by the phone chatting with a co worker. Poor customer service. I will not be taking my car back to Mike Reed ever. More
