This young man really knows how to make you feel like family and will do everything he can to ensure that your car buying experience is one that exceeds your expectations. I have been to three different dealerships all around Cleveland and did not get the exceptional customer service, friendliness, and receive the necessary accommodations to fit my car buying needs. Jacob and I spoke over the phone numerous times and not once was he pushy or tried to convince me into coming into the dealership just to make a sale. He informed me that whenever "I Was Ready" to come into the dealership, that he would make sure that he was there upon my arrival to get down to business with the paperwork and start working on finding me a car. Not only was he polite and quite informative about what I was looking for, but he also treated me like a human being. Because of my credit score, I did not feel like I was worthy of a decent car because of my credit not being as high as I would like it to be. He kept me feeling like a customer who had a perfect credit score! He ensured that I got a safe, reliable, and trustworthy vehicle. Jacob was able to secure me financing for a 2007 Toyota Scion which I never in my dreams thought that I would have such a beautiful car! Pruitt Team Always Delivers I just purchased my second car from Mike Pruitt Honda. I initially came in just to test drive a new Accord EX sedan with a 5-speed. I had been on the I just purchased my second car from Mike Pruitt Honda. I initially came in just to test drive a new Accord EX sedan with a 5-speed. I had been on the search for a sub-$30k full-size sedan with a sunroof and manual transmission for a while. I was very impressed with the product. Honda never fails to deliver and exceed expectations. Beyond that, the Pruitt staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I was offered well above trade-in value for my trade and given multiple options to choose from for purchase. When I said that I needed to go home and think about it, Pruitt staff were not pushy at all. My wife and I decided that evening that we wanted to buy from Pruitt. I didn't even test drive the remaining vehicles I was interested in. Unfortunately, during my short deliberation, the Accord I test drove was sold. But never fear, my salesman went out of his way that same day to procure me another identical model in a color that I actually preferred better. She quickly responded with a very fair price. I informed her of my situation and that the deal needed to be taken care of quickly since i did not want to leave my wife alone at the hospital for any length of time. We worked out a time, I showed up and was expedited through the paperwork! I was in and out so fast. Came back the next day and picked up the CRV and was on my way.
