My experience with mike pruitt honda was an excellent one! I came in there knowing exactly what i wanted to get and i got it at the price i wanted!! Just bought a vehicle from MP after finding what I was looking for on the Internet. The vehicle was listed as a certified Honda automobile. This would mean that is has gone through a stringent check and q looking for on the Internet. The vehicle was listed as a certified Honda automobile. This would mean that is has gone through a stringent check and qualifies for additional warranties. When going through the final numbers there was a an additional $570 listed for certification. I questioned this to the salesman and his answer was that this is to have the car certified and put into our name with Honda. When I pressed him on this he said that he would split the cost with us. At that point I held my ground and told them that was deceptive and I have bought certified cars in the past and there was no fee for putting my name on it with Honda. I would have completely walked, but the auto I was buying was popular and there was not another one like it in 150 miles of Akron. The end result was that they backed off and waived the certification “fee” and I bought the car for what they were asking. if you do plan on buying from them I would say fair warning and buyer beware. More

I purchased my used vehicle from them May 2011. Before I even purchased the vehicle I asked what was all done manintenance wise. I was told the following: coolant, oil, tires, and brakes (ALL 4). In July 20 even purchased the vehicle I asked what was all done manintenance wise. I was told the following: coolant, oil, tires, and brakes (ALL 4). In July 2011, I scheduled a service appointment for an oil change and for them to inspect the so called "new brakes" replaced before purchasing the vehicle as they were squeaking. My oil change was done and Rob (service advisor) advised my brakes looked fine. About two weeks (Sept) ago I noticed my brakes starting to squeak louder so I scheduled another service visit. I advised to Rob that the brakes he looked at in July were making louder more frequent noises. Come to find out, not only did they flat out LIE to me about them being new (ALL 4) they only did the front brakes and at the time of selling me the vehicle, the back brakes were in "reasonable condition", I come to find out that I am responsible for parts $300 + labor. Also, he never even looked at them in July because he shows NO record of me asking him of this. It is only September, and you guys consider this to be normal wear and tear to begin with first of all? Why would I just schedule an oil change when I wasn't even due for one yet? I just figured I would get it out of the way while they were SUPPOSED to be checking on the "brand new brakes". I will NEVER EVER recommend anyone or myself from buying a vehicle at this place ever again. Sure, they are friendly and their showroom is great. I also like my salesman Lou, he talked to his manager - John Durben, and he also states this is normal wear and tear. I have personally put a call into him to ask why he would think this when all of the above has happened. But they are all for the bottom dollar just like every other crappy dealer and I rate them as a rip off dealer. I also have my extended warranty through them, so they have me at this point, I have to get the work done by them or I void my warranty. Thanks guys, if I wanted a car to throw money into it, I would have just kept my trade in. More

Tom B. and Jean U, both managers at MP Honda were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. They were able to offer me a fantastic price on a great warranty. The experience was painless and definitely a pleasure. I highly suggest that you consult MP Honda when making a purchase. Their staff goes out of their way to assist you. More
Surprised my wife with and Odyssey for Christmas. Pruitt gave me a great price and drove the Mini Van up to N. Olmsted for me they had a large bow in the Van knowing that it was a surprise Christmas present gave me a great price and drove the Mini Van up to N. I am deeply impressed by Mike Pruitt Honda. The show room is great, the staff is great and I love feeling like family while I am there. I read some of the reviews and feel bad that the customers who w room is great, the staff is great and I love feeling like family while I am there. I read some of the reviews and feel bad that the customers who weren't happen didn't let upper Mgmt know...Mike Pruitt will do anything to fix an unhappy customer experience. I have had my car for 2.5 years each time...if service was ever needed I got top of the line service and even a loaner car. I love this place. More
I traded my truck in for a Accord. That was the best decision ever. I have had my car for 3 years and no problems...just minor. I understand mistakes are made at EVERY place of business but Mike Pruitt does everything in their power to fix it and keep the customers happy. More
