I reached out to Mike Pruitt Honda through the internet, to shop for the best price for a new 2012 Pilot. I knew what I wanted in the vehicle, had a good understanding what I was willing to pay and after some very minor negotiation, arrived at a price that met my needs and I'm sure the same for the dealership. I couldn't be happier with the experience. My only complaint is that Mike Pruitt Honda isn't closer to Medina, OH where I live. Maurice Browder is a very positive person. He truly went above and beyond to make the sale. I didn't get that sense of pressure like you get from other dealers of trying to make the deal. He listened to what I wanted, structured a fair deal for both parties in order to win my business. My experience with Mike Pruitt was outstanding! I first visited the dealership a month ago to see if trading my 2010 Honda Odyssey would allow me to get a 2012 Honda Odyssey with automatic doors and a RES visited the dealership a month ago to see if trading my 2010 Honda Odyssey would allow me to get a 2012 Honda Odyssey with automatic doors and a RES with the same payment of my 2010. The staff was more than helpful and we did not reach a price in our range that visit. However, after a couple weeks the dealership contacted me to see what they could do to earn our business and I told them exactly what I wanted and that we COULD NOT exceed our current payment. Within the next two weeks they worked extremely hard to meet our needs and this past Saturday, October 20, we walked away from the dealership with a payment we could afford and the van of my dreams!!! It gave me more than just the automatic doors and RES, it had leather seats, the extra seat in the middle row, Blue Tooth capabilities, the CCL for the CD's, and more! I couldn't have been more satisfied and pleased with how the dealership not only worked hard to get me what I needed and wanted, but more! This van will make my life with two little ones under 3 so much easier and more pleasant, especially when we make trips to GA to visit our families!
