This was one of the first times in many years I have gone to speak to a dealer as all of my previous experiences were terrible. We dealt with Marcus Morris and he did not pressure us in any way no hassles an to speak to a dealer as all of my previous experiences were terrible. We dealt with Marcus Morris and he did not pressure us in any way no hassles and was very helpful when I asked questions he answered all of them with no problem. We also didn't have to spend half of my day there which I sure appreciated. He also worked with us to get us the price and payment we were looking for and when he said he would call us at home he did exactly that. I meant to tell him when we left how much I appreicated him and being so nice and helpful. I have already been recommending this dealership to my friends as I know where my businees will stay. The salesman I worked with, Maurice, did a wonderful job selling the CRV. Honda was the first dealership I looked at when purchasing my car. He made the process less stressful. After talking with him and test driving the car I was very interested in buying the car. However, this is the first new car I have ever purchased so I went to other dealers to test drive similar vehicles. The salesmen at the other dealerships were not enthusiastic and did not market their vehicles at all. I had to ask questions about the features and they were not excited at all. Maurice did a tremendous job. After driving the other vehicles I returned back to the Honda dealership and immediately realized I wanted to purchase from this company. Even the set up of the dealership is welcoming. Walking in the door made me excited and at home- I was ready to make the biggest purchase of my life thus far. Maurice was very thorough. John and everybody else we worked with, with the notable exception of one Pruitt employee, were outstanding and provided quality customer service. The exception was the gentleman who appraised our trade-in exception of one Pruitt employee, were outstanding and provided quality customer service. The exception was the gentleman who appraised our trade-in. Not only did he appraise our trade-in over 1000% below its fair Blue Book trade-in value, he tried to claim that the car had a serious mechanical defect that it did not. He had already been made aware that the car had come directly from the dealer's own shop where we had unrelated work done before we decided we would get a new car. If the car actually had the problem he claimed it did, the mechanics in his own shop would have detected it and would never have released the car to us without telling us about it. He even went so far as to imply that we were lying about the true condition of the trade-in. Naturally, we got a bit upset and were ready to walk out the door. John and Jason handled the situation very well and got it straightened out. The purchase would have been completely hassle-free if not for the appraiser. More
