He explained to me that Patton is a 'one price' dealership - in other words you don't have to go through all the rigamarole to get the best price - They give you their best bottom line right away - And that is so refreshing! Tim made me feel at ease right away and made me feel like he would personally take care of everything for me - and he did! In fact, when I sold my other vehicle they provided me with a car to drive for a couple of days until my car came in and they got it ready for us to pick up. This was my 1st car purchase with out my hubby. ( he was at work) lol! I did however have my 18month old little boy. I felt welcomed, accepted and like part of the family when I first stepped onto the lot at Mike Patton. I have driven a 1996 Honda del Sol 312,000 miles and love the Honda experience!! I had not planned to trade or buy anytime soon, but my brother mentioned that Honda has a new sporty car, the CRZ, and we just went down to look at it. There were none on the lot and the staff at Mike Patton worked with me over the next week to locate exactly what I wanted, not being pushy at all. I love this car!!! I'm still pretty attached to my del Sol and still drive it on the weekends, so I really did not expect to enjoy this car so much!! My experience with this dealer was excellent. Eddie was waiting for me when I arrived and sat down with me at the beginning to discuss what I could afford. He spent the time punching numbers to see what p waiting for me when I arrived and sat down with me at the beginning to discuss what I could afford. He spent the time punching numbers to see what price range we should look at based on the estimated trade in value of my current vehicle. I was very impressed with this care and that he did not try and pressure me or show me vehicles I could not afford. He had the vehicle I had seen online and was interested in ready to go in the parking lot, but first he tried to take me through the lot to point out other used vehicles which were a bit lower in price. He was understanding when I was specific about what I wanted and did not give me a hard time about being picky. He knew I wanted a specific vehicle and said that we could see after we knew my trade in value. Although he did not try and give me false hope and was very realistic with me, he also let me know that they truly would do what they could to get me in the vehicle I was wanting. Van was the one to look over my current vehicle and test drive it to attain the trade-in value. I was allowed to drive with him on the test drive. I then was able to test drive the car I specifically was wanting to buy and then sat down to discuss my trade-in value. Every thing was very well explained and I was offered a fair price for my trade-in. When I stated that I needed to stay below I certain monthly payment, Van told me that he could make it happen. They got my monthly payment exactly where I needed it and got me an excellent APR with one of their banks. It was much lower than I expected to receive and I was ecstatic. They listened and knew what I wanted and what I needed and they helped me make it happen. I was very pleased with the service at Mike Patton and would highly recommend their dealership to others. Timmy is one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with. I asked him for tons of information and looked at several different cars with different options and prices before reaching a decision.
