We were in a bind, the worst time ever to buy a car! We needed a newer car and we needed it yesterday. We were nervous regarding our credit and afraid that due to our need that someone would push us into s needed a newer car and we needed it yesterday. But Tim made everything so enjoyable. He calmed our nerves and was willing to go the extra mile to help us find the right car for our family at a price that we could manage. We are definitely happu with the purchase. We also had our kids in tow and the dealirship had that in mind as well. They have a great kids room with Wii and movies. The lease of my current 2009 Pilot was finishing up in Nov. of this year. I have opted to do a payoff of the vehicle with the intentions of leasing another Pilot. I was contacted by telephone from Rodney Harrison [sales] He in turn hooked me up with Crystal Ward and we had further telephone conversation regarding the leasing of another Pilot. She advised me that the 2012 Pilots would be slow coming in due to the tsunomi problems in Japan. Getting certain spare parts had delayed production of the vehicle. She did offer a 2011 Pilot [w/nav] at a good price and asked me if I wanted to take a look at it. I did make the trip to LaGrange and decided to get that one. The price was satisfactory and compatible to what I have with the 2009 Pilot. I might add, this is the 3rd Pilot that I have leased from Mike Patten Honda. Your dealership has in the past been fair and honest with me from your sales staff to your service dept. That is why I returned as a customer.
