I picked the phone up and spoke first with Michael Smallwood over at the Ford dealership who listened to me ramble at 100 mph about what I needed and all my dilemmas. He immediately notified James Barger who stayed over at the dealership to meet with my husband and I well after closing time on a Friday evening. He never rushed us, took time to listen to everything, and even made recommendations based on our needs. He was very knowledgeable about the products, took time to explain every feature, answered every crazy, off the wall question and lead us to the decision on the 2014 Dodge Durango. My husband is very particular about cars, told James what he liked and didn't like about the vehicle we test drove, even spoke with him on Sunday evening at home to ensure that everything my husband wanted in a car was taken into account. On Monday, he presented us with the exact vehicle we wanted even down to the size of the cup holders , prepared all the paperwork and had every duck in a row for us to make a decision. When I arrived to sign papers, everything was ready, James handled all the little things I didn't think of, and was honest and up front about any changes that were made. Bryan Peek handled all my finances with ease, never pressured me into anything, and listened to my needs and guided me in the right path to ensure that they were met. However, I was able to do so much online research with their amazing website, I went in prepared to discuss my options. I emailed the sales department and Brian contacted me very soon after. He was able to answer all my questions about the upgrades concerning the Jeep. He made himself completely available and we were able to chat, text and email throughout the buying process. When I arrived at the dealership, Brian was tied up with another customer, but he put me in the very capable hands of James. James was equally as knowledgeable and helpful. During the test drive, he pointed out several features and provided details I had not even thought about asking him. The paperwork we all have to go through was easy and painless. At the time, Chris was having to pull double duty as sales and finance manager because of a co-worker's vacation schedule. You would have never guessed he was being pulled in 2 directions. Super friendly and went over everything thing with me. Then...the best part, being a first time Jeep owner, I had no idea what to expect with the features it offered. On the most random cold day of our spring season, Brian took the time to walk me through the process of taking the soft top off and putting it back on. He helped with the set up of my Sirius radio, Bluetooth and my other "bells and whistles" the Jeep offered. I was shocked. I've purchased several vehicles and this type of service has never been offered. Usually after you sign the paperwork, it's a done deal and you are ushered out the door for the next customer. I have been to Mike Patton before with my 2008 grand caravan for service. On my last service visit I walked the dealership and saw a 2014 dodge avenger that captured my eye and so I spoke with Marcus Je caravan for service. On my last service visit I walked the dealership and saw a 2014 dodge avenger that captured my eye and so I spoke with Marcus Jefferson a sales specialist at the dealership. I explained my credit score and what I still owed on the van. Marcus said that they had I lot of rebates on the avenger and that if I would like then he would put my info in the system and see what could be done to get me in the car that I liked. Once the info was in the system Mr. David Patton took my van for a test drive (don't see the bosses at other dealerships doing stuff like that.) and Marcus and I took the avenger for a ride. When we returned to the dealership the finance department had great news for me, they worked hard for me to get the bank to finance me and even got the car with zero down. Marcus Jefferson and the guys at Mike Patton did an awesome job and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. More

I first called the Mike Patton dealership, about 2 weeks before my move and that first conversation with Marcus Jefferson was fantastic. Other dealerships I had spoken to immediately dismissed me when I told them I was still in NY and wasn't going to move for another 2 weeks. However Marcus, continued to speak with me, sent me pictures of cars as they came in throughout the entire two weeks before I came. His level of professionalism and due diligence was unmatched by any of the other SIX DEALERSHIPS I had spoken with in Lagrange. Then I finally got to Lagrange and his level of professionalism didn't stop there. When it came time for me to come to the dealership to actually test drive some vehicles, Marcus even came to pick me up because he would not allow me to take a cab. My Fiance and I were able to purchase a brand new Dodge Avenger at a wonderful price, and the customer service that we received from Bryan Peek and Marcus Jefferson have absolutely no price tag.
