I have always used another dealership in the area for all of my vehicles and have always been very happy with that particular one. We moved to the Morton area this Summer and heard good things so we decided of my vehicles and have always been very happy with that particular one. We moved to the Morton area this Summer and heard good things so we decided to purchase through Mike Murphy this time around. My fiancés family has purchased from that particular dealership for years and years and reassured us we would have a good experience. That was the complete opposite. About a month ago we purchased a 2021 Ford Bronco still under warranty. On Saturday we started experiencing awful transmission issues and completely unsafe to drive at all. We were told today that they can’t even look at the vehicle until December 19th and will NOT give me a loaner vehicle until that December 19th appointment. I will have nothing to drive for almost an entire month. In hindsight I should have stuck with the dealership that I knew and never purchased from Mike Murphy. I will ensure that anyone I know who is looking to buy stays away from here. More
