Out standing service. I brought a car two weeks ago. I thought bad service was just normal, but after going to Mike Murphy Ford in Morton, Il, I know good service stil I brought a car two weeks ago. Didn't try to cheat me, from me what I wanted at a great price. Also kept his word on the repairs that I saw needed fix and got it done for me within the first two weeks. More

Very pleased with Kevin Towle & the team at Mike Murphy Ford. Conducted most of the negotiations via phone and text and the process went flawlessly. One the day we purchased we had a tight timeline due to Ford. Conducted most of the negotiations via phone and text and the process went flawlessly. One the day we purchased we had a tight timeline due to family health issues and let Kevin know same. We planned for 30 minutes there, 30 minutes back and 2 hours at the dealership - we were out of the dealership in 45 minutes.
