I went to the dealer to buy a 2011 Explorer. That car did not have the tow package that was listed in the internet description, but Joey was able to find a 2012 new one that had what I wanted for a lower did not have the tow package that was listed in the internet description, but Joey was able to find a 2012 new one that had what I wanted for a lower price as it did not have all of the bells and whistles. Joey did a fine job of showing me the car and stayed friendly through the price negotiation. I was able to get the price I wanted, with the exception of a $599 dealer fee that was presented as non-negotiable. I was kind of dreading the final meeting with the F&I guy, which is where I have had bad experiences with other dealers in the past. I was delighted to find that Longmont Ford makes this experience fast and pleasant, with no pressure to buy an extended warranty, etc. More
