This Dealer ship was a really friendly & great to do bussines with. They had to wait on me to drive from Nebraska, when I got there at 7:00 pm and they closed at 7:30. Liked the selection and sales man we dealt with and that was it. This dealership as a whole is dishonest and I will not go back to them again. I also plan to let everyone I know what my experience was. We found a car we wanted to purchase, came to a deal on a price. Was waiting for the paper work to get done and it went south from there. We went into this dealership with our financing already in place. We had a certification number from our financier with terms listed. All the dealership had to do was put in that number and our information was at there fingers for papers to be signed. They didn't want to do this. No... They REFUSED to do this. The kept insisting we apply for credit, wanted to run our credit report. We said "No". "Look up our certification number. Our financing is in place". They still refused. I said I would fill our their form but they COULD NOT run my credit report and again repeated, "it's already been done". They again refused to do this and said they HAD to run my credit report to "prove who I was". What a LIE! I had already proved who I was and running my credit report is not for identity verification. I walked out and purchased my vehicle at a different dealership who did not need to do run my credit report but rather pulled up my certification number showing my loan information. The next day, checked my credit report and Longmont Ford HAD still Run and CREDIT CHECK ON ME! Even though I told them NO many times and left. I called them when I found this out and complained. They STILL didn't get it! What I want to know now is... Why did they run it after I left... or did they? I believe they had ALREADY ran my credit report even though I was repeatedly telling them they could not! Very unhappy, very poor customer service all they way around!!! ONLY my salesman was nice. Big deal when the rest of the experience leaves bitter and with a bad taste. More

My buying experience has been awesome with Longmont Ford. Not only has my vehicle been everything they said it would be, it has been above and beyond!! It handles great in the snow, great gas mileage, and is Not only has my vehicle been everything they said it would be, it has been above and beyond!! It handles great in the snow, great gas mileage, and is ALSO equiped with HEATED SEATS!!! WOWZA!! ;) To be honest, I pay less for this car than I did my crappy truck that was bare minimum and was completely USELESS in the snow, AND was a gas HOG. Win,win,RIGHT?? The best part? There was a break problem with the car when I bought it. Sucks, but it happens. Chris Rusk has been such a gentleman!! He has taken care of the costs and labor and fixed the problem!! I would never have guessed ANY dealership would back up a sale like this, but Longmont Ford and Chris HAVE!! Considering what I paid for the vehicle and what I got, I have to agree with you, you guys gave me a smokin' deal on a nicer truck, better than I expected. I also have to hand it to your boy Chaz in financing, he noticed my zip code and unlike where I bought the truck, knew I didn't need the emission sticker, so he took that off the price, to be fair. I thought you may have sold me more truck than I wanted, but as it turns out you understood what I was looking for and totally hooked me up. I looked for weeks on the internet at hundreds of trucks in four states, and ran into some disappointing issues; I may have been able to get a better deal than from you guys, but I doubt it.
