I wish I could give the service department zero stars. I purchased my vehicle new from Maroone Ford and for the most part it went smoothly and I was treated a s a valuable customer. The problems started when I needed to bring my vehicle in for service. The service department is infuriatingly rude and unhelpful. They refused to repair problems with the vehicle that were under warranty. They tried to blame the issue on another company that works for them. They would not take responsibility for the problem and it took weeks of calls to get a fix. I was contacted by Ford with a safety recall that needs to be addressed as soon as possible and when I contacted Maroone Ford they again gave me the brush off. It has been maddening to deal with this so called "Service" department and I will no longer be taking my vehicle to this location. More

Bartley was awesome, always keeping me informed of the status of the vehicle and whether it had been sold before I could get there. Flew in from NW Arkansas....I was picked up at the airport in DEN, and the vehicle was out front when I arrived! A quick visit with Andre for paperwork and 30 minutes later, Bartley was explaining the features to me! One of the more pleasurable sales experiences I have had in a long time - not to mention the fact they are not gouging their customers like most Ford dealers. A "WELL DONE" to all! More

I purchased a 2015 Ford F150 from this dealer in 2021. They performed a recall repair on the driver side door and shortly after that the door started falling off. The vehicle also started leaking oil wi They performed a recall repair on the driver side door and shortly after that the door started falling off. The vehicle also started leaking oil within a few weeks of taking it home. After waiting for an appointment with the service dept I was told it would be an additional 4-5 days for them to look at the truck. Instead I took it to another shop who discovered the oil leak was due to Mike Maroone Ford Service Dept not tightening the oil filter, and the door falling off was due to them not tightening bolts on the door hinge. I highly regret purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and I would never consider making another purchase here. More
