Longmont Ford does NOT value it's customers at all. I deal with a lot of dealerships in a 12 month period. I buy 5-10 vehicles a year. I do not recommend Longmont Ford to anyone. Very poor service; took my truck in for a front end noise which they didn’t fix and kept my $180 diagnostic fee. They basically stole money from a customer with no call back or response after leaving 3 mess which they didn’t fix and kept my $180 diagnostic fee.
