It had a slow leak causing my truck not to be able to go in gear. It took 2 days for them to get me a rental. 4 days for them to tow it to their dealership. Then then delete all the records from my onstar account and lied to me saying I overheated the 4 WD. They were also very argutive and aggressive when speaking to me over the phone. I even talk to the owner Mike Maroone and advised him of the situation his service department had put me through. More
Friendly service advisors and sales people. Clean facilities, free coffee and charging station. Downside on charging station is need to have your cord. Clean facilities, free coffee and charging station. Downside on charging station is need to have your cord. More
Highly recommend Mike Maroone Chevrolet. Worked with them for months and they patiently helped me track down the truck that I wanted. Easy people to work with and are very customer oriented. Had local mechanic replace a couple coolant hoses, drove veh next day, plastic coolant hose nipple snaps off, blows all coolant out of system. Assuming local mechanic got rough with the part and broke it. 3. Took veh to Mike Chevrolet to have broken hose junction replaced and verify no leaks. 4. Shop calls, states the radiator needs replacing as well as the broken part. Total repair, $2000. 5. Picked up veh, asked how a 5 yr old aluminum radiator can "go bad". Response was "they dont make em like they used to". Felt there was never anything wrong with radiator, I fault myself for not going back to the shop to have the "leak" shown to me. 6. 5 days later, allowing the old coolant to burn off engine from initial blowout, back to the original same very small coolant leak. "Dont make em like they used to" is correct, mechanics and auto shops fits this comment more appropriately. Wont be revisiting to fix my initial issue. I rated the Admin dept as good but whoever decided the radiator was bad to jack up the total repair bill, Id give a single star or no star. More
Angel was great, with wonderful customer service and helped us by making service affordable for us. I would give him 5 stars. However, I gave it 4 for overall service because I did make more than one tr helped us by making service affordable for us. I would give him 5 stars. However, I gave it 4 for overall service because I did make more than one trip to the dealer to figure out what the issue with my car brakes was. The people scanning should know that the service light should be on in order for the scanner to find the codes, well they cleared the service light from my dashboard and I ended making more than one trip to figure out the issue.
