Sales was great but service department is lacking. Bought a Corvette in February of 2021. No test drives on a Corvette. The manual transmission would not go into gear. Took it back and was told that is the way a Corvette shifts. The front passenger tire kept losing air so I kept going back. I was talked into another tire for $450 and still losing air. My husband took it in after struggling to shift for over 6 months and was told they couldn’t believe I could even drive it. Replaced the shift linkage and they paid half the deductible I’ve had the car for a year and a half and the tire was still leaking. They kept it for 11 days to determine it was what we had been telling them all along. A valve stem. When we got it home we noticed that a lug nut on that wheel was broken off and who ever had used the air tool had lost control and took chunks out of my chrome wheel. I called service manager Adam Roach twice. Never returned our call. Will never go there again. More

10 months ago this is what John in service and mike maroone did. Took my truck in for service. They flushed my transmission and forgot to hook it up correct. It had a slow leak causing my truck not to maroone did. Took my truck in for service. They flushed my transmission and forgot to hook it up correct. It had a slow leak causing my truck not to be able to go in gear. It took 2 days for them to get me a rental. 4 days for them to tow it to their dealership. Then then delete all the records from my onstar account and lied to me saying I overheated the 4 WD. They were also very argutive and aggressive when speaking to me over the phone. I even talk to the owner Mike Maroone and advised him of the situation his service department had put me through. More
