dishonest and misleading I am happy with the truck I bought. The finance manager wouldn't take no for an answer. When I told him I didn't want any of the extra warranty covera I am happy with the truck I bought. The finance manager wouldn't take no for an answer. When I told him I didn't want any of the extra warranty coverages. I told him I didn't want to go over 72 months. He increases the length of the loan to 75 months without telling me. So he could lower the payment and get me to by an extended warranty. I called and spoke with Ross, the salesman. I told him about it. He just laughed it off and said that's his job. Didn't offer to help in any way. More

Connor my salesman was ..on point with what I was looking for and the number that I was looking for and he made it happen to where I was satisfied. I will recommend everyone to come up to Kelly Toyota. Im not big on dealerships but between Connor getting the number were I thought was fair, to Russell taking care of the finalization of the deal it was a good clean cut deal out the door. More
