We told Matt Guess what we were looking for.After further discussion Matt had the truck we wanted.Matt and Brandon (sales manager) were able to make us a great deal!!We were delighted to take our new truck home that evening.Matt and the entire staff treated us with respect.(you have to have respect for others to get redpect)If you are looking for a vehicle,I would highly recommend Mike Wood Toyota of Uniontown PA. Worst Dealership Ever It is very important to let everyone know that a VERY serious situation occurred with my wife and I on Saturday September 23rd at the Mike Wood Toyota It is very important to let everyone know that a VERY serious situation occurred with my wife and I on Saturday September 23rd at the Mike Wood Toyota Dealership in Uniontown, PA. My wife and I arrived that morning planning to trade in our 2016 Toyota Corolla S Premium for a 2017 XSE Toyota Corolla. For approximately 2 hours we were trying to negotiate a price with the Sales Manager Brandon Huseman and one of the Sales Consultants. Brandon Huseman currently had my 2016 Corolla key with him the whole time while this was going on. At Brandon Huseman’s insistence, I reluctantly agreed to a deal, but then later after talking it over with my wife, we both decided to wait for the 2018 model instead. Keep in mind, that we had NOT signed any written agreement. His tone of voice started to change when I let them know that my wife and I decided to wait for the 2018 Corolla XSE. He tried to make me feel guilty by saying that…. “I was not a man of my word.” Then, he called me “a LIAR!” Then he told me to…. “Get the h*** out of my showroom and don’t you ever come back!” Immediately after that, he opened the door and tossed my car key out on the concrete sidewalk. I walked out the door stunned and shocked by his very rude and unprofessional treatment and picked up my car key. I then opened the door and yelled at him saying “Who do you think you are throwing my car key out the door!” After that, the Sales Manager Brandon Huseman and the Sales Consultant and myself had a heated verbal exchange. Then both men began walking toward me in a threatening manner. The last words I was told by your salesmen were, “Get the F**K out of here!” I then walked away and my wife and I drove off. By the way, my wife and I are not brand new Toyota Customers. We have purchased 4 Toyota Corollas since 2010. We are not sure if we will every buy another Toyota vehicle again after this outrageous treatment by that Sales Manager. Never have we experienced such treatment at any other Toyota Dealership. More

They stayed an hour and half after closing till they gave us our deal they were excellent to work with our salesmen Jack Shaw was very nice and Brandon was excellent to deal with. They left us take the truck home till Monday and come back then and do our paperwork and they were very good about getting it done quick. I highly recommend them and they were all very nice there!! They were polite, made me feel at ease, and were knowledgeable when answering all my questions and concerns. I was late getting to the dealership for my appointment but they stayed after hours to make sure I had all the information I needed to decide if I wanted to buy. Which I did a few days later! I felt comfortable and confident in making the decision to purchase. I got a great deal!! More

So many dealers now advertise a low price, but when you get there, the price is only if you are We looked all over for a new car in our price range. So many dealers now advertise a low price, but when you get there, the price is only if you are a college grad or active military (my husband is out of the military). Another trick they do is give the low price only if you take a high interest rate. We saw a car on Auto Trader and went into Mike Wood and there were no pushy salespeople following us around the parking lot. We looked around and found the car. We went in, and Rhonda helped us. We were really happy with the price, and the interest rate was actually based on our credit, so we got a good rate. We've only had the car a couple of days, but so far we love it. My husband said, after we got home, "that was really nice today". The first price they gave had all the extras like warranty and things we couldn't afford, but they didn't get nasty when we asked them to take them out. They gave us the figures and let us go to lunch to talk it over. They weren't pushy. Rhonda called the next day to see if we had any questions about the car. I feel like we got a car with a lot of options for a great price. More
Bad Toyota dealership My wife and I stopped in to look at a 2016 Tundra that was a demo. Needless to say, they were only going to discount the 5,000 mile demo $1k and asked My wife and I stopped in to look at a 2016 Tundra that was a demo. Needless to say, they were only going to discount the 5,000 mile demo $1k and asked me to finance $10k more than the truck was worth. Went to several other dealers in the area that day and bought a truck from the Chevy garage and had no negative equity unlike the rude sales manages "professional" opinion. Maybe instead of drawing smiling faces on the deal sheet, may actually do a good deal. If you buy a Toyota, go to Spitzer in Monroeville instead. More
Lied and treated poorly xxx - Go somewhere else I talked to them over the phone and setup an appointment to see a truck. It took me an hour and half to get there. On the way there I received an email confirming my appointment and looking forward to showing me some trucks. When I get there I asked for the person who sent me the email message. That person sent another sales person to tell me that the person who sent me the email confirming my visit didn't send me the email and that he never uses email, xxx. The sales person asked me what vehicle I would like to see and of course they don't have any new trucks either, another xxx. Long story short version I spent 3 hours driving to see a man about a truck to have the man not talk to me and to find out there are no trucks. More
Aweful experience! The service manager, Ed didn't want to fix my car, and for some reason, he felt the need to take out his life frustratation on me, unacceptable. I will not only never deal with this dealer fix my car, and for some reason, he felt the need to take out his life frustratation on me, unacceptable. I will not only never deal with this dealer again, I'll never buy another Toyota again! The costumer care line for Toyota didn't think it was a problem for Ed to talk to me this way either. It's funny how "policy" can mean so many things, and a corporation like Toyots can let its dealers have zero accountability to the company it represents. More
I recently purchased a Toyota Corollo. Washing the vehicle several times since the purchase, I was washing the windows. There is such a thick film on the windows, that is inside and outside. I emailed Toyota Headquarters, they replied that there is some kind of gas that leaks and to crack my windows and clean them with rubbing alcohol. I have since then repeatedly cleaned them with the alcohol. I have cleaned them with vinegar, glass plus, and they are still very smeared. I then called Brandon, my salesman, he says he never heard of such a thing, but xxxx ask the car detailer and would return my call the next day. I did not get a call..called Brandon the next day, he apoligized that the car detailer never called me and said he would ask him again what to use to get the windows clean and would call me the next day! Here it is after hours on Saturday and I did not get a call. This is a very serious issue. I have a very difficult time driving especially in the night because the windows are so very smeared.
