The majority of these reviews are faked or bribed I've been coming here for 17 years because I received free oil changes for my vehicle as long as I own it. Therefore, I can only share my experiences with the service department. Every oil change has taken at least 45min to 1.5hrs. That's just ridiculous, no matter if they're busy or not it still takes that long. Then, at my last oil change, one of their technicians stripped my oil pan. Their solution was to put a bigger plug in and have me pay $17 for their mistake. Now it leaks oil from that drain plug. I'm also supposed to get a 26 point inspection but that hasn't happened for many years now. The service writers are all incompetent now, and apparently so are some of their techs. I understand they don't make any money off me but that doesn't give them an excuse to be lazy and stupid. I wouldn't recommend coming here for even warranty work if you can go to another Nissan dealership. More

He is professional, straight shooter and goes above and beyond to help you with the purchase. The truck had a vibration problem during the test drive. Charlie had the mechanics align, balance and rotate the tires to remove the vibration. He also delivered the truck to my home when a medical problem occurred while signing the final papers. He has called a couple of times to see how everything was. He is a real pleasure to work with. Thanks Charlie! More
