When I began looking for a new car, I started looking at all the local dealerships and online. I got in touch with Carl and he quickly helped me start looking at several cars. He even came and picked me up all the local dealerships and online. I got in touch with Carl and he quickly helped me start looking at several cars. He even came and picked me up to come out to the dealership because my old car was toast. Carl talked to me like an old friend and never once did feel like I was being "sold". Went in to look at Ford Focus and Fiesta. Thought the Fiesta was cool, but the rebates on the Focus won me over.
