He explained every aspect of the deal to me in terms I could understand. Steve was very helpful and after I drove the car and became comfortable with the features I went back out to Castrucci and Steve walked me through how each feature works. Although we have not had the car long enough to have it serviced, we have had the truck in several times and we are happy with the service department as well. Steve does an excellent job, he makes you feel comfortable and relaxed while making a very important decision. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and their options.
