This service experience was the best ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Joe Spaw went out of his way to take care of my problem. I highly recommend them as they were to me because the fixed a problem that mutliple other Joe Spaw went out of his way to take care of my problem. The salesman omitted Carfax information which revealed that the truck we were going to purchase was in not 1, but 2 accidents; and the financier/banker, employed a scolding, near-gangster style tone attem that the truck we were going to purchase was in not 1, but 2 accidents; and the financier/banker, employed a scolding, near-gangster style tone attempting to salvage the deal. I would highly discourage anyone from purchasing from Mike Castrucci, and if you absolutely must, buy your own vehicle history, and bring your own financing. Dealing with Castrucci financing is like dealing with the Cosa Nostra. More

Took vehicle in for engine and transmission issues, they didn't want to accecpt the fact that it was still under warranty, they couldn't provide me a way home for over an hour and the appointment was schedu didn't want to accecpt the fact that it was still under warranty, they couldn't provide me a way home for over an hour and the appointment was scheduled. Then they said they couldn't replicate the problem, but wouldn't let me drive the car for them to show what it was doing. The problem are on going, but I will not return to this dealership. More
