I have driven Ford Escapes for the last 23 years and was in the market for a new Escape this year. Not knowing that 2026 was going to be the last year for this model, I started the search in my Kentucky ho in the market for a new Escape this year. Not knowing that 2026 was going to be the last year for this model, I started the search in my Kentucky hometown and was so upset when I found out how limited my choices were there, especially once I had gone onto Ford’s site and “built” my dream version of the Escape in my color choice. I was so happy to connect with David Giese at Mike Castrucci Ford and find the exact car I had been searching for. David was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. We drove from Kentucky to Cincinnati to get my dream car and David was with me every step of the way, assuring me the car would be there when we arrived. Even though I had to bring my two grandchildren, David arranged for treats for them when they arrived and that helped me to work on the finance portion of my sale. After my test drive with David, I worked with Charles Krekeler in finance, who made the purchase process easy and quick so that I could wrap things up and take my grandchildren from the dealership to a nearby amusement establishment. This was my first experience with Mike Castrucci Ford and I have to say it was amazingly wonderful and well worth the drive from Kentucky. Thank you David and Charles for all the thoughtful gestures extended to me and my family (David even found bags for me when I realized I had not completely emptied my trade-In Ford Escape). I am very grateful to Mike Castrucci Ford in Milford, Ohio, for having the exact Ford Escape Platinum that is my dream car and especially to David and Charles for doing everything possible to help me bring that dream car home.
