The salesman was NOT high presure as most are when looking at cars. I would have rather seen the price on the car when looking at it is the only thing. I had the best experience at this location. Kirk was the most knowledgeable salesman I have had! I called and told him the kind of car we were looking to purchase on the way to the dealership. He had several keys pulled when we arrived, which cut down on all the waiting! I had been looking for 1 month at several other dealers in the Cincinnati area and would only recommend this dealer!!!!! First off this Dealership had the the nicest employees buy far from the other dealerships we visited... They offered the Truth vers a sales ploy to get you to buy..I myself felt very happy walking on the buy far from the other dealerships we visited... Ryan was very patient and helped me into 5 different Ford cars. I finally settled on a Ford Focus and couldn't be happier. I doubt I will buy another car because of my age but I will definitely send my sons and neighbors to Castrucci. And I will send them to Ryan. Gordon was very attentive, courteous and friendly from the first word. He helped us understand what was going on in the market with the Fiestas, what the availability was, how we could look elsewhere for the first word. The quality of the Fiesta seems great. My daughter loves it. We know that Ford can't provide too much of an incentive on the Fiesta, but we were able to use the $750 cash we recieved in the mail from the new Explorer flyer, along with the X-plan. The dealership threw in the Valuguard and lowered the monthly payment so we could afford it. We were thankful. More

The dealership was very good. We looked at a car at Colerain Ford and felt like we were being ripped off. So, we went to Mike Castrucci Ford and they treated us so much better.
