I bought a brand new Ford f150 from Castrucci Ford in Milford. The salesman Gordon was very professional and truly helped me find the right truck after asking questions I hadn't fought about. Things like fuel economy, towing, passengers I just wanted a good deal. I ended up with a greT truck that really fits my needs. Btw I still got a Great Deal!! Gordon Green, the sales rep was the best new car salesperson I have ever worked with. He was personalable, courteous, knowledgeable, etc. Hew worked with us to get the best possible vehicle for us w salesperson I have ever worked with. He was personalable, courteous, knowledgeable, etc. Hew worked with us to get the best possible vehicle for us within the price range we had given him. I would not hesitate to refer a relative or friend to him. The best part of it all, was no high pressure from him, as we had experienced with other salepersons at this dealership in times past. Some were almost to the point of being obnoxious. Thanks for the good experience. More

They charged me $117.15 to pair an ABS module with my truck. Told me my truck was done and the ABS lights were off. I went out started my truck to find the ABS lights were not off. Joe would not have his truck. Told me my truck was done and the ABS lights were off. I went out started my truck to find the ABS lights were not off. Joe would not have his mechanic double check his work on the truck and told me to get my truck off the lot. Very poor customer service and Very Very poor service department. I will not use them again! More

I feel I received excellent customer service and worked with Kirk Barbro. All the paperwork, etc. was completed in such a timely manner that I was able to drive my new car home the same evening. Gave me the best deal around after shopping at mutiple dealers in the Cincinnati?Dalyton area. Got me financed when nobody else could. Staff was polite and worked with me in every way possible. Also, after we had already agreed on payments and during signing the contract, they informed me that they found me an even better rate and payments would actually be $70 dollars cheaper per month then we had agreed upon. My wife and I recently purchased a 2011 Ford Escape from Mike Castrucci Ford. We would like to thank our salesman, Kirk Barbro, for all his help! He spent a lot of time and effort answering all of our questions. It was evident that Kirk is very knowledgeable about the Ford product. We were able to drive and talk about the Escape without a salesman being present, which was not the case at other dealerships. There was no pressure involved in the negotiation process and I would describe the experience as a pleasant cooperative relationship to reach a deal. Once again I would like to thank Kirk!
