. I have been a customer since 1992 and have purchased three vehicles from your Milford dealership over the years. I also have sent commercial work to you when I was the Fleet Manager at a local Company. three vehicles from your Milford dealership over the years. In February of 2011, I sent my personal truck in to have the oil pan resealed and replace the front crack seal and while we had to take the front of the engine down, to replace the water pump also. Since then I have been back on the following dates related to this job: April 20th 2011, July 21st, 2011, November 26th, 2011, December 29th 2011 (twice), coolant leak January 13th 2012. While all was covered by warranty and I think we all appreciate that, but six attempts for a repair? It is still not correct! On January 16th I contacted Joe Spaw once again indicating I still have an oil and coolant leak issue. Joe indicated to come on in and we would look at it. On January 17th I confirmed with Joe that I would be in on January 18th between noon and 1PM. On January 18th I arrived at approximately 12:15PM and waited till a tech was available and we looked over the vehicle. The tech did not say anything to me once I asked what he thought other than he did not know. Joe was there when I arrived but had left. Brandi then came over and told me that the tech does not believe there is a coolant leak and the oil leak was a different issue. Is this the same tech that needed six attempts for the repair? I can understand the oil maybe a different issue. The coolant is pretty obvious that it is leaking and not residual. It leaks once vehicle warms up and if you let idle, you can see it. While I need to have this repaired, your tech and Joe does not believe there is a problem. Did I mention Joe left and did not look at? Joe seems to not be too interested in the issue (not there – not able to drive or check – his words). I will be taking my vehicle to another repair shop and once again pay. I have contacted the mechanics at the former Company garage and let them know of my experience and they seem concerned about sending vehicles to your location. I will be posting my experience on the following: www.facebook.com , www.linkedin.com , and file a report on www.consumer-action.org Also on another issue that I filled out regarding the 2011 Ford Escape that we purchased in July of 2011. I had never heard back from anyone on why we had to have the rotors turned by 2,500 miles and why the wheel bearing needed replaced about 6,000 miles? Sounds to me like I should probably get rid of this new vehicle if that has happened in the first six months. What do you think? I just thought I would let you know what is happening at your location with your name on it. I will be taking my money somewhere else and doing my best to steer people away from your location. More
After purchasing multiply vehicles over the years with Mike Castrucci Ford, i decided to purchase yet another new truck again through them. After the closing i came home and reviewed my contract and seen Mike Castrucci Ford, i decided to purchase yet another new truck again through them. After the closing i came home and reviewed my contract and seen i have over 6000.00 dollars in excess charges that was added that i did not want added onto my loan. Jerome Fix contacted me and made an appt to meet with me, along with my salesman Jim Turner. With no reservation the charges were removed from my loan with no headache. Both men are very curtiousy, polite and friendly, they defintatly have made sure that the "customer" came first and was willing to make things right for me and make me happy with my purchase. Thank you both for all you help, i will certainally be seeing Mike Castrucci Ford in a year or so to make my next car purchase..... Last wednesday, we had to drop our ford explorer off for service, and was debating trading it in on a dodge ram 1500 that we had seen on line. Spoke with a salesman who let us look/ test drive the truck which we absolutly fell in love with. There was a few things he didn't know about trucks in particular, so he had another sales associate (who we found out later was brought in for their "liquidation sale"), who at first was very friendly, but then once we started trying to talk prices, he wanted to run our credit before we even talked price. We were not going to let him run our credit without knowing what kinda ball park we were looking at, so we had a little bit of problems with that first. Then finally he brought a figure out that was $5,000.00 higher than the internet price. We told him this, and his reaction was "I don't care what our website says, this truck is worth $3000.00 more than what we are offering it to you at now, why would we drop it even more?". At this point we were done and walked out. The next day our original salesman called us and appologized and said his boss wanted us to come back in and talk to him, and the rest of our experience was awsome. We came back in and they worked with us and was more than willing to give us the internet pricing and worked out a payment that was comfortable. I would absolutly recommend the company, just had bad service from one guy who was brought in for that sale. They also gave us a very fair amount for our trade in. More
I went to Mike Castrucci Ford because I was in a messy situation and needed help bad. I had just bought a 2011 Honda Accord one week ago and it turned out the seats were so uncomfortable and caused me so situation and needed help bad. I had just bought a 2011 Honda Accord one week ago and it turned out the seats were so uncomfortable and caused me so much back pain that I couldn't even drive it. 1 week later and only 750 miles on the vehicle, Honda told me there was nothing they could do. Jim was absolutely wonderful and took great care of me. He was genuine and I could really tell that he was doing everything he could to help me get out of a bad situation. I knew I was going to take a loss and after a bit of negotiation, Jim and Bobby really came through for me and did their best to minimize it. They got me into a 2012 Ford Fusion with amazingly comfortable seats and a zillion more features than the accord. I know I will be very happy with my vehicle for the years to come. I'm very thankful that there are still people out there that really do care about the customer and just aren't in it to make a buck no matter what they have to do. I would highly recommend Mike Castrucci to anyone reading this review. See Jim Turner and he will take great care of you! More

Dan was great and comes highly recommended; very knowledgeable, understood our needs, and went to bat for us in getting a fair deal. We walked in looking for a specific car model, the Fusion S. They were sold out of all 2011 models, yet gave us competitive discount on a brand new 2012 model that just arrived on the lot. The APR was fair given the discount we were getting, and they knocked the APR down even more after we got the extended warranty. In general, they made car buying an enjoyable experience -- something I did not find from a few other dealers -- and we came away happy with the car we wanted for a fair price. More
