All my bills are always paid and we make more then enough to purchase the car we wanted. First they gave us a ridiculous rate. I left. Then I get texts haggling to price down. They finally came down enough to where I was in the price range that I wanted and they didn’t get what they wanted. That being said the car I was interested in at the time was being loaned out and driven by someone else no worries, but they were in. No hurry to get it back, they did get it back the next day. I went up to test drive it the thing was filthy and definitely someone was using it regularly. Smelled of a burnt smell. I have no taste or smell since August 2021 due to Covid so I couldn’t tell if it was a cigarette smell or not. Anyway, long story short we came to a deal and I told them that I would come back up Saturday since my husband and I were getting us together and we both needed to sign paperwork at that time. They told us they couldn’t hold the car. So they can’t hold the car for me to purchase, but they wanted me to wait while their car was out online and that I was interested in for the other person to bring it back. I told them that my husband would not be home in time to complete the paperwork. At that time they told me I could just come up and sign my portion of the paperwork and then he could come up and do it when he got time this week or Saturday so I went up there. Get over to the finance office and poor Charles 😞 he’s so sweet and nice I can’t imagine what the sales people put him through by lying to people to get them up there and then he has to deal with us ( people). So anyway I get in there and he proceeds to tell me that he can’t complete the paperwork because my husband isn’t there. 🤦🏻♀️ so in my head I was lied to so someone could get me up there. They could make the purchase and get their commission on this weeks check instead of waiting until Saturday and then missing a quota or a deadline or whatever it is that they need for the week. On top of that when I got the vehicle, it was still disgustingly dirty it’s like they just sprayed some water on the outside and dried it. The windows look like someone had been smoking in it for months. It’s got a gross greasy film the seats weren’t even unfolded from them being laid down to be cleaned out at all. It looks like someone’s kids have lived in it and this is a really nice vehicle. It’s only five years old and it’s basically a brand new car and I just don’t understand why they felt that cleaning that car was any less important than any other car.. I will never recommend them to anyone! I have 2 kids that are new to car buying one is 17 and one is 18 and they will be buying cars soon. I’m certainly not going to take them here that’s for sure they’re dishonest, rude pushy and I think that they pick and choose who they want to work with and what kind of payment you have ….. don’t waste your money and time with the used car side! I’m paying $300 to have it professionally detailed since they can’t seem to even clean the interior of a vehicle they just sold for $21,000 More

I traded that Mustang in for a 2023 Mach 1 this we recommendation from a friend. That purchase went incredibly well and I was very happy with my car. I traded that Mustang in for a 2023 Mach 1 this weekend and the service that I received was even better. My salesman Brandon went above and beyond in helping me find exactly what I was looking for and showed personal interest in making sure that I was happy. The car is exceptional and the service that I received throughout the entire process has been just as great. I will be a life long Castrucci customer. More

I bought my F150 new in 2017 for $54,000. In the last six years I’ve had routine maintenance (oil change and tire rotation, The Works Package) 18 times. The past year I’ve had nothing but problems. I always mark my rear tires to be sure they are rotated. Last fall they didn’t rotate them but checked it off on my paperwork claiming they did. The next time I noticed a puddle of oil in my driveway the next day. When I checked under the hood I noticed the oil cap was not on. I lost a quart of oil which I had to buy to refill. I had oil all over my engine and driveway. The next time, once again, they didn’t rotate my tires but checked it off as if they did. Two weeks ago was the last straw with Castrucci. I had the Works Package done and noticed the front passenger wheel was making a rattling sound on the way home. I had a wheel bearing going bad so I figured the impact wrench may have made it worse. I drove it a few more days and had to park it because it was too loud. The service department wouldn’t answer my question about a wheel bearing being covered even though I paid $1,600 for an extended warranty so I decided to fix it myself. They also don’t offer any loaner cars so you’ll have to rent one and you’ll have know idea how long they’ll have your car. When I took the wheel off, I noticed the brake caliper pins only had one bolted together. The top bolt was gone. The extra noise I heard was the brake caliper flopping around and banging the inside of my wheel. The best part is that an employee in service told me their techs don’t remove those bolts to measure brake pad width and they wouldn’t even know how, which I find concerning. I know my vehicle well enough to hear and feel the difference from this issue. It’s also too “coincidental” that it was much louder after it was serviced. They refused to do anything about it and I have to buy a new caliper bracket, pins and bolts because the old one was damaged. Castrucci just lost a loyal customer of six years because of two deceitful issues, tires not rotated, and two serious issues, oil cap and brakes. Sorry for the long post but I hope it saves someone from the problems I’ve experienced at this place. More
