Purchased a loaner Edge SL being sold as new. Worked with Daniel and he was great! From getting the price right to fixing a few little things, he was right on top of it. Dealer neglected to submit tax rebate information. Repeated calls to the finance department were ignored. When I finally reached someone the form they supplied was inaccurate and incomplete. Required an actual visit to the store to get the form filled out. It appears that the dealer was required to submit within 3 days of the sale the sale information to the IRS. Dealer stated they were denied access to the IRS site in 2024. Sales manager stated the finance department just don't know what they are doing and don't understand how to submit tax forms. Bottom line is I and others are probably not going to get that $7500 tax credit. On the plus side I love the truck. I would have been nice if they were upfront/honest at the start. Do what you want, but I'm not going back. More

My car would not start on Monday February 17 and had a hard time using jumper cables due to battery location on my Escape. After multiple tries finally started.
