We just wanted to commend our young salesman Jake for his professionalism and knowledge throughout the buying process for our 2024 RAV4 on Tuesday. No, “you guys,” a phrase constantly used by young adults when confronted with older customers. Jake was polite, respectful, attentive, patient. In short, we really liked him.
